Built the CSR function from inception. Serves as personal philanthropic adviser to the founding principal. Manages a $50M+ portfolio across education, livelihoods, ECD, women's empowerment, and environment. Drove ESG reporting aligned with GRI, SROI, and SDG frameworks.
